How do I determine the correct size for my costume?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Since costume sizing can differ from standard retail clothing, we recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hips to ensure the best fit.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. During peak seasons like Halloween, we recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance or selecting our expedited shipping option at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the costume is unworn, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories. Please note that intimate items and wigs are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Are the accessories shown in the photos included?
Most of our costumes include the primary accessories shown. Please check the 'What's Included' section on the product description page for a specific list of items bundled with the outfit.
Do you offer group or bulk discounts?

Can I wash my costume in a washing machine?
