At Pro-Costumes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unaltered items. If your costume doesn't fit or meet your expectations, our streamlined process makes exchanges and refunds quick and easy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories, masks, and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
